This is a custom made pen, laminated thin blue line in Katalox wood.  Katalox is sometimes referred to as Mexican Ebony as the tree grows in Mexico, Central America and Northern South America,  This pen features a smooth click mechanism and displays engraved police vehicles on the side. The pen is refillable using Parker style refills, commonly found at many stores.  Each pen comes in a felt lined presentation box.
